I won’t lie, my husband and I are extremely picky eaters. We basically have the taste buds of teenage boys. We’d eat only pizza and fast food if it didn’t go straight to our guts. I’m a little more adventurous than he is, but I definitely fall back into my comfort zone more than not. To break this cycle, I’ve done some research to find meals for picky eaters.
The worst part is, is that I LOVE to cook. It’s so sad because I’m on Pinterest 24/7 looking at these beautiful recipes that I can only dream of making because I know they wouldn’t get eaten. I have to filter out everything that has mushrooms, tomatoes, and a whole handful of other ingredients that neither of us will touch.
In an effort to start cooking more often and spend less on eating out, I gathered up 20 dinner recipes that even the pickiest of eater will enjoy. All of them are quick, weeknight recipes, and I can’t wait to try them all. Check them out below!

I feel like there’s a good variety of some super safe options and then some that might push a picky eater’s boundaries. I know there are not the healthiest, most organic options here, but it’s a start. Once I get my husband to try some of these meals, I can continue to push his boundaries further and further. Who knows, maybe one day he’ll happily be eating things like… *gasp* vegetables.
